Privacy and cookies

Who is responsible
Religious community “Klaipėdos Kristaus bažnyčia”, Naujakiemio g. 26-4, LT-94192 Klaipėda, Lithuania. For privacy questions and requests: ilia@k-b.lt.
Website visits and enquiries
The hosting provider processes IP addresses, request times, visited URLs and browser information where supplied, to operate and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in website availability and security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message and any contact details you voluntarily provide, to answer your enquiry. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding; where an enquiry concerns an agreement, Article 6(1)(b) applies to steps requested before entering it. Without a contact address we cannot reply. Correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the matter is resolved, unless specific records must be kept longer by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
Camp registration
Participant and family details from the form are used for registration, communication, accommodation, travel arrangements, meals and T-shirt orders. Essential information is needed to arrange participation at your request (Article 6(1)(b)); optional preferences are voluntary and may be withdrawn. Provide only necessary details. Do not enter diagnoses, religious beliefs or other sensitive information in free-text fields; discuss allergy arrangements separately with the organiser. Inform other adults before supplying their details; children's details must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
The retention period set for applications and their email copies is up to 3 months after the camp ends. Deletion is performed by the organiser, not automatically by the website. Records that must be retained by law are subject to the applicable legal periods.
Recipients and location
Applications are accessible to the church leader and are not shared with other organisers. UAB “Interneto vizija” provides hosting and email as a processor under a data processing agreement. The provider has confirmed that hosting data is stored in a Vilnius data centre. This does not mean that every subprocessor is based in the EU: the subprocessors involved and any international processing safeguards depend on the service. See the provider's data processing agreement and current list. Disclosure may also be required by a lawful request from competent authorities.
Logs and backups
According to the provider, Apache access and error logs are kept for 7 days, email delivery logs for 1 year, and email login history for 6 months. Automatic backups are replaced according to the provider's cycle. Backups created manually by us are not automatically deleted by the provider and require separate deletion. Backups are for recovery following a failure, not routine use of erased information.
Cookies and external services
The public pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies. WordPress uses essential authentication cookies for administrators. When public forms are enabled, a short-lived secure form cookie supports request protection and expires after two hours. Blocking essential cookies may prevent a form from working. Maps and videos are not loaded automatically. Links to Google Maps, Facebook and YouTube open external services with their own privacy rules. Newsletter subscriptions are not in use.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and obtain portable data where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact ilia@k-b.lt. We normally respond within one month and will explain any legally permitted extension. Proportionate identity checks may be needed to protect your information. You can complain to Lithuania's State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI). We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
